Thursday, July 06, 2006 today book out for medical review on my knees....hmm nth much about my knees ba i would say.....booking in 1930 abit weird how come book in so late..decided to go home to take care rest anyway.....
havent been slping well...maybe couldnt get use to the slping time ba..didnt realli slp early at nite. Waking up is alway standard i guess...Tired...so tired.....can someone just kill me inside....so hard to kill time sometimes inside...couldnt slp since the day i enlisted...find ways...but wasnt effective...still couldnt slp :( ...tried n tired just couldnt get use to the slping time.Early on + coughing wasnt able to slp as well so took the cough syrup by MO but also cannot no use .....sigh so sian cannot slp so took ronldna's pain killer.Cause he say take liao very drowy...but it seems no effect so ya......bad man got this insomia problem....haiz wanted to go MO to take sleeping pills but then think of it very ma fan then nvm le..........
